nothing_half_hearted is an independent art studio selling original artworks, prints, and handmade stationery products online. All products are created and curated by the artist.
2. Products
We do our best to represent every product accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Handmade products will carry natural variations. These are not flaws. They are proof that a human made it.
3. Orders
All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship with care. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance for international orders.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and designs on this website are the exclusive property of nothing_half_hearted. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without prior written permission from the artist. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
7. Commissioned Works
Custom and commissioned pieces are governed by a separate agreement shared at the time of commission. General store terms still apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
nothing_half_hearted is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required to fulfil your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
