Processing Time
Every order is prepared by hand with care. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or special launches, processing may take a little longer. We will always communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders within India are shipped via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time once dispatched is 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10 to 20 business days once dispatched, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be.
Packaging
Every order is packed thoughtfully to ensure it travels safely. Prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Stationery and smaller products are wrapped in tissue and packed securely. We care about the unboxing as much as the artwork itself.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please write to us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs holdups for international orders.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will require a fresh shipping charge to be resent.
A Note From the Studio
We are a small, independent studio and every order is handled personally. If you have a special request regarding packaging or delivery, please mention it in your order notes and we will do our best.
