I've always found it impossible to do things halfway.
When I paint, I'm in it completely, the hours disappear, the chai goes cold, and something gets made that didn't exist before. That feeling is the whole point. Not the result. The full attention it took to get there. Nothing Half Hearted started as a name for that feeling.
Now it's a shop.
Everything here - the prints, the handmade paper, the stationery, the original works, comes from the same home studio. I make it all myself. I pack every order by hand. I sign every piece before it leaves.
I believe the objects around us shape how we feel. A beautiful notebook makes you want to write. A piece of art on your wall can change the mood of a whole room. Handmade paper under your pen reminds you that someone's hands were there before yours.
That's what I'm making. Objects that are worth paying attention to, because they were made with full attention.
