All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and printed-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is created specifically for you, and once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

We ask that you read all product descriptions carefully and check sizes and specifications before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take packaging seriously. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the item.

We will review every case personally and do our best to make it right.
